Exploring Own Mind and Body

Psychological counselling begins with understanding. When we explore the underlying patterns of our thoughts, emotions, and reactions, we often begin to see more clearly how certain ways of thinking or relating to our experiences contribute to difficult feelings or recurring situations in life.

However, insight alone is not always enough to change patterns that have developed over many years. Meaningful change often requires a gradual process that combines reflection with small, practical shifts in how we respond to ourselves and to everyday situations.

In my work, I combine different psychological perspectives to support each individual in finding approaches that fit their personal circumstances. Through careful reflection and small, manageable changes in everyday life, it becomes possible to relate differently to difficulties and gradually create a more sustainable way of living and facing life’s challenges.
